Truly enjoyed how recently refurbished and luxurious the property was and its amiable staff at reception desk. The location was excellent and close to a bus station. The place was close to Lugano downtown.

The rooms are large and airy with wc and shower, everything is excellent. The location is marvellous, close to the spectacular mountain-fringed lake, and the centre of Lugano, near the lake and the park.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

The location was suitable, but oh my, the lack of a mini bar in the room was appalling. No kettle or free coffee either? I almost expected a complimentary upgrade for these issues, but was treated like every other guest. Just couldn't give a great review. Quite disappointing, really.

Hotel was very clean and nice for low budget travellers. Staff was very helpful and kind. Location was excellent, the hotel was just by the shore and shopping area. Breakfast was basic and good. Shared toilets and showers were very clean.
Soundproof could have been better, you could easily hear the neighbours snoring. :D Otherwise the hotel location was so and so quiet.

I was traveling with my wife and 2 young daughters (3 and 6). The hotel had arranged for a nice room with 2 additional beds for the kids which made our stay very comfortable.
No issues. For the money we paid we got full value.

No fridge or kettle in the room!!! Toiletries are limited, just a single sachet per person daily. Basic furniture doesn't match the standards expected in this price range. Could seriously use some upgrades!!!

Staff were very helpful with things like bus/train timetables and other info'. They provided a 5:00 am breakfast for a 7:20 flight Lugano is a beautiful small city, with many boat and rail excusions nearby.

We enjoyed staying here, it's newly decorated and reasonably priced hotel with exceptionally courteous staff at reception desk. This accommodation was in the super central location easy to find from the train staion.

The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke very slow Italian for me, so that I can understand everything.

It was a good hotel to stay whilst on a trip around Ticino. Lugano is a great place and the hotel was a good stopping point.
